World Pea Shooting Championships 2014 & Witcham Village Fair
Now in its 44th year this is one of the most unusual events for all the family to enjoy. Along with the main event the peashooting, there is also a bouncy castle, novelty games, face painting and side stalls. Refreshments include a lunchtime barbeque, cream teas, and a licensed bar with cask ale both of which are in the village hall. The peas [Maple Peas] and peashooters will be on sale.
