Ely Living History Day at Oliver Cromwell’s House

Step back in time to the seventeenth century when England was ruled by the Lord Protector Oliver Cromwell. Take a guided tour of his home with guides dressed in the costumes that would have been worn during the five year period
of his rule. Visit his wife’s kitchen and sample her baking. Enjoy some storytelling and discover about the life of his army The Roundheads by meeting the re-enactors and watching their display on St Mary’s Green outside the house.
