Terms of occupancy

· Short-term holiday letting
· The rental will be from £75.00 - £95.00 per day
· Returnable damage waiver of £100.00 to be repaid at end of stay assuming all is well
· Deposit required to confirm booking
· Gas, electricity and water services are provided in the price.  We reserve the right to recharge excessive use
· Occupancy from 4.30pm on day of arrival until 10.30am on day of departure
· Bed linen and towels provided
· No pets or smokers please!
