PRODUCTION OPERATIVES £4.93/hour

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE / DRIVER
We also require production operatives who have a full UK driving licence, to drive the company minibuses. You must have a clean licence and be aged 21 or over, with 3 years + driving experience. This role commands an attractive daily driving allowance on top of the normal pay.

FORKLIFT DRIVER (£5+ / hour)
In addition, we need 4 qualified forklift drivers, to work in our busy despatch and intake areas. You must hold a transferable counterbalance forklift licence or have over 2 years experience and be willing to train for the licence. In addition you must be competent at completing basic paperwork.

WINTER INTAKE QC (£competitive salary)
We also have a temporary role (6 months +) to work as part of our Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for carrying out quality control checks on all incoming speciality lettuce products. You must be articulate, numerate and have a good eye for detail. Ideally, you will also have a basic understanding of speadsheets e.g. Excel. No experience necessary as full training will be given. This is a temporary position, but may lead to other opportunities within the business.

Due to increased production, we require an additional 20 full-time staff to work in our state-of-the-art prepared lettuce factory. These are permanent opportunities for people to carry out varied production duties, such as machine operating, trimming lettuce and palletising. Previous experience is not essential as we offer a full training programme leading to recognised qualifications.
