FROM GRUNT MACHO's ELY PuB CRAWL - circa: 1997 Formerly a Taxi Office, The Town House appeared a couple of years ago and immediately became a big HiT with the young yokels. This boozer is pretty central and hosts regular LiVE Music and has LOUD MUSiC on the house juke box every night. Not the pub if you want a quiet chat but it is in the same Street as the Kebab Shops. Grunt say's... This is the City's current hippest pub and gets so busy at weekends you can't swing a cat let alone a good punch. Good tip is to fart a lot which should give you room to breathe.
